How do I make it?

まず、曲げるための道具について。「ハイベンダー」と呼ばれる棒状の道具を使用します。
これは電気工事士が工事現場で電線の配線作業をする際、
その電線を通す鉄製の電線管を曲げるために使用する道具です。
床にパイプを寝かせた状態からテコの原理によって少しづつ棒を持ち上げ曲げていきます。鋼管を曲げるだなんて、そんな簡単に
曲がるの？って思いますよね。実際、そんなに力は入りませんし専任のスタッフが付き添いますのでご安心ください。

機械ではなく、人力で曲げる。人力ですので歪んだり、曲げすぎてしまったりと多少のエラーが生じます。
また、特徴として曲げシワが発生します。機械曲げではエラーになってしまうシワもなんだか味わい深いものに感じられます。

パイプをカットすること、バリを取り除く作業、ナットを仕込む作業など、完成までの作業は全て行っていただきます。
